It gives me immense pleasure to extend a warm welcome from NOSCON Scientific Committee to all the delegates and guests to the XXV Annual National Conference of the Nepal Ophthalmic Society (NOSCON) being hosted by Biratnagar Eye Hospital at Biratnagar, Morang from October 13th to 14th, 2023. It is being held in conjunction with XV Eastern Regional Ophthalmic Conference (EROPHCON) with the theme “Enhancing Quality Eye Care”

The Conference promises to be an Academic & Cultural Feast with a confluence of delegates from both national and international fronts. We will try to draw out an excellent scientific program that includes enriching CMEs, free papers, and guest lectures by renowned speakers on different subspecialties from home and abroad. We would be delighted to have you here to share your experiences and contribute to developing future trends in OPHTHALMOLOGY. This conference will prove to be a platform for exchanging ideas and thoughts, discovering unique networking opportunities, meeting up with old friends, and making new friendships.
